Shoutout to the bus operators who love their jobs. Being a coach operator is thankless work. Make sure to thank your bus operator today for helping keep our cities moving. #RideTheBus
Listening to the customers is so important. The passengers are the most important assets (alongside the operators) that exist in transit. If transit agencies want credibility, they must bring customers inside in an meaningful way.
We created @mtamaryland's first Customer Experience office 2 years ago. Based on feedback from riders, we're publishing out first Customer Experience Action Plan focused on the rider focused actions we'll be taking over the next year. Check it out & let me know what you think!
Why are Transit Executives against riding the buses they are charged with overseeing?

Good morning! We have to continue to work to break the stigma of riding the bus. Its not a scary monster that will gobble you up when you get on. Im more than willing to help you ride the bus and show you how to navigate the city.

Perfect location to relocate the College Hill branch of the library to!! @cincylibrary is doing fantastic work!!!!

Less than 10 followers you will not be getting a response from me
They should be walking the beat in every district not just the one 3CDC can pay them for. I am sure my grandmother in Northside or my uncle in Bond Hill would love to see foot patrols
Cincinnati police officers have begun their new patrol in Over-the-Rhine. Officers are asked to be visible on Vine and Main streets from Central Parkway to Liberty Street every day. Learn more about the details here: bit.ly/3GVkB78
Yall got to stop fighting with the fake pages and clout chasers online. Twitter does not vote. We see it in every local election. Loudmouth runs campaign online, loses by 20 points
We will continue to push this very important issue of bus only lanes. I dont believe we need to wait until BRT to do this lane. My team and I have a list of bus only lanes and many of them arent on the BRT lines
Advocates for bus riders and the streetcar want the city and Metro to implement a transit-only lane along Walnut Street downtown. They say it will speed up service for riders and start preparing the city for Metro's bus-rapid transit later this decade. local12.com/news/local/adv…
The advisory committee didnt weigh in on this?
This new Metro fare is so funky. $2.20/ride means 5 rides is $11. 10s are much easier than 11s. I had to get a calculator out today to make sure I was adding the right amount to my account.
Someone better tell Drew!!!! @AndrewIrelandIN
Just an occasional reminder that growing a 21st century economy necessarily requires a state or city grow its number of college graduates. Failure to do so will ensure more economic malaise. Long term malaise.
“If we’re talking about having adequate public transportation, this is a no brainer,” Hardy told the Business Courier. “We don’t have to wait until the BRT study is done. We could do it right now. We just need the political will.” bizjournals.com/cincinnati/new…
Option 1 is best option for sure. We have the data, and I am confident we can find 5 council members who can move this forward sooner than later. Data matters!
Option 1: Build a transit-only lane on Walnut now to speed up hundreds of thousands of monthly transit riders. Option 2: Wait four years to build this transit lane; costs will rise. Option 3: Never build it, which throws BRT into jeopardy bizjournals.com/cincinnati/new…

"We could do it right now. We just need the political will." "I think it’s a fantastic idea, and I’m glad Metro and the city are vetting it during the ongoing process." bizjournals.com/cincinnati/new…
I had a blast volunteering with @IndyGoBus for the WNBA all-star weekend! #RideTheBus
