From the City of Kerrville: Mini cabins at Kerrville-Schnieder Park are being evacuated as water rushes in. We know there have been water rescues this morning. We have crews along the Guadalupe this morning keeping an eye on this.
Wayne’s first camping experience last night was a memorable one! We were at the Kerrville-Schreiner park.
Guadalupe River at Hunt continues to rise sharply and has reached 2nd highest height on record, higher than the 1987 flood. This flood wave will continue through Kerrville & Comfort. This is a very dangerous and life-threatening flood event along the river. Move to higher ground!
