Ibn ‘Uthaimīn said: “Make yourself such that you are always optimistic—and whatever Allah wants will occur. And be happy, cheerful with an expansive chest, for the world in front of you is spacious and the path is open—and this is goodness.” (Sharh Riyādis-Sālihīn, 4/87)
Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: "Even if a person was given the world and whatever is in it, he would never be able to fill the emptiness in his heart.” [مدارج السالكين ٣/١٥٦]
To The Youth. "Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous." (43:67) Today you think it's "cool" to have friends who are criminals & do much evil but on the Day of Judgement you'll hate each other.
