I don’t need vibes, I need results. That’s why I use Junie.
Junie from @jetbrains is better than any AI I have ever used as far as coding is concerned.
@jetbrains Junie is awesome 🔥. I have tried in @intellijidea IDE and it is running very smoothly and precisely without any issues. Super impressed! 🚀
Our courses on vibe coding and much more with @JetBrains_Edu are now fully available: futurecoding.ai We started sharing everything we know about AI-assisted software development and began publishing these courses back in April. With the last course by @andrewzakonov…
2025 is the inflection point—software teams go post-human. The @nebiusai × @JetBrains_Edu futurecoding.ai series is the playbook. My lecture “AI Agents as Your Team” unpacks the paradigm shift and shows how to move safely and effectively.

With all the complaints about Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code not working, i found myself looking at my @jetbrains Junie coding agent experiencing no issues whatsoever today. Say what you want about „traditional“ IDEs. They have their reliable tooling figured out.
Have to break it to you folks, that Junie (the AI agent inside @jetbrains IDEs) is actually the best at this kind of stuff than Claude Code or Cursor. Junie knows "how to eval" in the Kotlin ecosystem better than others, and that's what makes the difference.
The difference in ability of LLMs (I am trying out all - o3, 2.5 Pro, Claude 4) between a bog-standard nodejs/react app vs something more niche like Kotlin multiplatform using recently released libraries is SO SO SO SO BIG!!!
now a just-1-minute reasoning time feels like the AI politely hinting my question deserved a bit more brainpower—or at least quick googling first

working on feature requests using our internal @jetbrains Junie issue tracker integration. surreal but true: the coding agent is speeding up its own development loop.

If you are hesitating to use Jetbrains Junie by its slow speed, think about this. Fast making + Refactoring yourself vs Slow making + Much less refactoring Guess which option takes much more time.
Jetrains Junie is really a great tool. Used it to generate a docker container with linux arm and java to test if my self compiled c library was loading through jna. Just a few follow-up tweaks and it was working. Really great @jetbrains
Junie amplifies builders; now our community amplifies Junie. Couldn’t ask for a better feedback loop.

Cursor messed up my auth on a big project real bad so I switched to Jetbrains Junie. Who else had similar experience?
I've been playing around with Junie (from @jetbrains) and couple things jump out: - ZERO CHATTER. I love that it doesn't tell me "You're absolutely correct" or "Good observation" or "Let me check the code.." ... it just gets straight to business. - SOLID AI - major upgrade from…
Just use JetBrains IDEs. The AI integration and Junie agent is superior anyway.
