Poisoning young Americans with deadly fentanyl is a deliberate policy decision made by the Chinese Communist Party. Xi Jinping is the world’s largest drug dealer.
Important: “Chinese military suppliers prefer Nvidia chips and use A.I. systems trained on U.S. chips. The stakes are not hard to grasp: We should not allow American troops and intelligence officers to be targeted by Chinese A.I. trained on Nvidia chips.” nytimes.com/2025/07/24/opi…

The #HongKong authorities’ latest attempt to intimidate Hong Kongers in the U.S. and beyond is completely unacceptable. Congress must pass the Hong Kong Judicial Sanctions Act (S.1755) to hold those behind this #transnationalrepression accountable. apnews.com/article/hong-k…
From trying to tear down our flag to silencing “Go Taiwan!” chants & seizing letters, Chinese nationals at the #FISU World University Games conducted a program of transnational bullying. #Taiwan🇹🇼 will not back down. We stand with all who defend sportsmanship & mutual respect.

Go live in China then.
Unpopular take: I actually envy the Chinese. They have a culturally and ethnically homogeneous society. They dont have to deal with the woke cult. Their society celebrates itself instead of promoting self loathing. I'd gladly trade our "civil liberties" for these things.
The CCP is racing to build a military that can dominate the Indo-Pacific and every chip they acquire accelerates their journey. We cannot allow China to use American chips to build the arsenal of authoritarianism! ft.com/content/6f806f…
A deal with China along these lines would be an unmitigated disaster. In exchange for allowing more CCP penetration of the American homeland and U.S. companies, Beijing would get…critical technology? If China proposes this, the admin should laugh them out of the room.
Half a year into his second term, Trump’s China policy appears adrift. Now he is increasingly focused on trying to strike an economic bargain with Beijing A big question is, will the U.S. further relax export controls to get China to “open up?” wsj.com/economy/trade/… via @WSJ

China executed 4 Canadians earlier this year. Why? And why does it matter? Domestically, the point is to intimidate Chinese citizens by showing remorseless power and authority. For foreigners, the message is: “demonstrate subservience and we’ll stop doing harmful things.” My…
Mayor Bass promised to keep the Palisades safe, but trespassing, break-ins, and threats to residents are being ignored. Public safety throughout LA is failing, and crime is rising. LA deserves better.
🚨 “For too long, we treated China’s rise as an economic opportunity detached from the party’s geopolitical ambitions. But today it’s clear: as trade between the CCP and the free world has grown, so has its appetite for economic leverage and control.” Chairman @RepMoolenaar ⬇️
Glad to offer a few thoughts for @Lingling_Wei’s front page @WSJ story on Trump’s shifting China policy ahead of a rumored Xi summit. Trump’s wild swings from competitive to accommodating (tariffs, H20) undermine US leverage. China, meanwhile, is playing the long game.
