My dad drives for Toyota of Seattle and works with these guys in the service center. This was caught on camera Saturday when the M’s finished off that comeback. (Wait for the guy at the end 😂)
Tonight’s home plate umpire is Mike Muchlinski, who is from Tacoma and absolutely out to prove he has no bias towards the Mariners whatsoever
Excited to see how John Fisher’s A’s screw this up
Nick Kurtz just had one of the greatest games in baseball history. 6 for 6 with four home runs, six runs and eight RBIs. He is a 22-year-old rookie.
Jo Adell only owns one pitcher in baseball and for some inexplicable reason it’s Bryan Woo
If both Moore and Solano are still on this roster after the trade deadline, this is an unserious team with no real aspirations of competing in the postseason. But for the moment, they get a pass.
Interesting. Dylan Moore and Donovan Solano stay for now ...
Really excited to see how Mariners fans respond to Josh Naylor. I know a lot of people scout off paper or judge a book by its cover, but Naylor truly belies his appearance in many ways. He’s quick, agile, a line drive contact hitter… it’s not what you’d expect. Should be fun.
This just doesn’t really happen that often in the league formerly known as the PCL
CASEY LAWRENCE COMPLETE GAME!!!
You know, the Yankees have been all about acquiring a third baseman and have been linked to both Eugenio Suarez and Ke’bryan Hayes. But Ben Williamson actually has a higher WAR than Hayes and is four years younger. I don’t know, maybe we could make this a win win win…
Likely inspired by the thought of adding a new member soon, the middle of the Mariners order is doing exactly what you’d want the middle of your order to do tonight
Dylan turning into the guy on your slowpitch team who’s always trying to hit home runs but cannot, in fact, hit home runs
Dylan Moore just gets a little under a deep fly ball to left for the 3rd out here in the 4th inning and for the second time tonight the M's leave a runner at 3rd.
Naylor has a really good line drive swing. It’s nothing like the launch angle swings you see from so many guys now. It’s classic, contact-oriented, and because he’s so big he’s not hitting those Luis Arraez bleeders - he’s finding alleys.
Josh Naylor has a very interesting Savant page. High chase rate but low strikeouts and not as much power as you expect from a guy built like Duke Fielder (lesser Prince Fielder)
In the annals of Mariners history, they’ve now employed both Fister and Naylor
Josh Naylor is the thicc boy we always needed at first base, love to see it
Sell low, buy high, it’s the Mariner way
No sir, Suarez won’t come cheap
Well someone has to
Mariners Have Shown Interest In Ryan McMahon mlbtraderumors.com/2025/07/marine…
Want to see one of those Mariners interns in the Humpy suit go rogue one day and just torch everyone in the salmon run
Dom Canzone playing so well the Mariners are gonna flip him for a meaningful bullpen piece
Not sure if Dylan Moore’s strategy of not swinging at pitches is better than his previous approach of swinging and missing, but either way the result is the same
Mariners now up to this many consecutive innings without scoring a run
