No, it’s not that Ukraine gave Putin a reason to attack - he came to kill Ukrainians because he wants to, he can, and he was allowed to. This is Kharkiv this morning, after the largest attack since February 24, 2022: 53 drones, 4 guided aerial bombs, and 1 ballistic missile.
