That's because the government allowed corporations to sell us out to Indian H1B's who are taking 165,000 jobs a year. They bring their families who also get work visas and displace Americans out of jobs too.
Fragomen is an immigration law firm. If you see job ads that direct you to submit resumes to them — instead of the company with the role — it’s because they only wish to hire visa holders and actively discriminate against Americans.
