And I’m done, quite sad leaving Parliament but had an amazing time, worked for great MPs and teams One of my regrets was not being able to show my Dad around, but one of my best days was taking my Mum Am looking forward to working in housing! (drop me a message for coffee etc!)
So, after 3.5 years it’s my final week working in Parliament It’s been such total privilege to have worked in literal palace, got to take so many cool photos too! Really excited to go into public affairs in a sector I’m *so* passionate about; housing!
This is the trouble with Robinson I don’t know what happened here, but Robinson is clearly a thug. This isn’t a class issue, this is his demeanour, he’s a thug. He has been right on some issues (ie grooming gangs) but honestly his hateful thuggishness helped toxify the issue,…
🚨🎥 WATCH: Tommy Robinson appears to have allegedly knocked someone unconscious at St Pancras station earlier today
There's an older Indian man I'm friends with on Facebook, seemingly through political campaigning, who recently lost his wife Every few days he just posts photos of the two of them together Genuinely makes me quite emotional seeing their relationship and how loving they were
The online safety act should of banned 5pillars
I would encourage Muslim women not to get involved in this manufactured women's football fad. It's totally unbefitting for Muslim women to compromise their modesty like this, and also quite embarrassing for them to show the world how useless they are at football. Much better…
Sageer Hussain was previously jailed in 2016 for Rotherham abuse. Three of his brothers are also behind bars for a separate abuse case. Sageer once notoriously defended his brother and told journalists that the girls were to blame for the sexual violence they endured.
Three men have today been found guilty of Rotherham abuse offences after an NCA investigation. Sageer Hussain, Kessur Ajaib and Mohammed Makhmood groomed their teenage victims before subjecting them to sex attacks.
Funny looking back on the 2012 opening ceremony. It explained modern Britain as the product of centuries of building and industry. If you stop the building, you stop growth - and kill an essential part of Britain’s soul.
Japan has a concept called kuuki wo yomi (reading the air). It means people pick up unspoken social cues and respond accordingly. In Japan, as in Britain, this behaviour is completely unacceptable. It's an awful example of multiculturalism that one shouldn't boast about.
The happy Multicultural London they don't want you to see
What does it matter? People are still allowed to be angry that London is a European hotspot for mugging, people are allowed to want to be safe It’d be similar to telling someone to get over racism because it was worse in the 1970s
Matt - I’ve lived in London my whole life. It was a much poorer and scarier place in the 1970s.
