By making it even harder to sentence the most violent of young offenders as adults, the SCC is giving gangs a greater incentive to recruit minors for dirty work. Almost like this is a policy issue that should be left to Parliament!
And this is the excat reason gangs recruit kids under 18yrs of age. It's a slap on the wrist and their youth record is gone once they turn 18.
