The legal challenge to the global minimum tax rests on shaky legal standing: it is brought by an obscure nonprofit purporting to speak for US companies, which aren't even subject to UTPR, given the safe harbor (+ G7). No harm, no foul. ECJ should reject this case as inadmissible.
