Interesting video. This reminds me of the distinction between lyrics and poetry in English. Lyrics are strongly rhythmic, while poetic metres prescribe the number of syllables but allow the poet to ignore the stresses, which is jarring to the ear. youtu.be/zHq5BMKkmeI
