I spend so much of my time defending the BBC but this is indefensible. It makes zero sense to anyone who's read even a few lines about this tribunal. A MAN wanted to force a woman to change in front of him. The NHS wanted to punish her for saying no. That's it. That's the story.

This tribunal has revealed the maddest shit people are willing to go along with. I’m really struggling to accept that other women in the hospital not only facilitated this harassment by a man, but positively encouraged it.

An actual medical doctor is saying out loud, in front of a judge, that someone’s sex is decided by the people who deliver the baby and that she is not an expert. Oh. My. God. 🤡 🤡 🤡
