With the ever more litigious TransLucent having launched yet another crowdfunder, they and fellow grifters the Good Law Project are now trying to leach up to £800,000 from the 'trans community' for their hopeless, performative lawfare. Updated blog ⬇️ labourpainsblog.com/2025/06/27/tak…

The Sandie Peggie employment tribunal is currently exposing, as perhaps no court case to date has, the issue of class as it relates to the top-down imposition of gender identity ideology in the workplace. 'Diversity officer' Isla Bumba has now admitted in court that she didn't…
"It appears that this claim is nothing more than an ill-conceived attempt to find a ‘target’ for the GLP’s fundraising."

I spend so much of my time defending the BBC but this is indefensible. It makes zero sense to anyone who's read even a few lines about this tribunal. A MAN wanted to force a woman to change in front of him. The NHS wanted to punish her for saying no. That's it. That's the story.
The BBC view the tribunal through the lens of the "distress" of Dr Upton. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

I keep thinking of Jane Russell KC telling the judge at the first part of the ET in Feb that in querying NHS Fife’s compliance with the disclosure order, Naomi Cunningham was ‘looking for something that simply isn’t there.’ Riiiiiight.
"What started as a debate for political anoraks & activists...has now become entirely mainstream. Ordinary women are simply fed up of being asked to “suck it up” regarding biological men in their changing rooms, public toilets..." @rob_marchant writes⬇️ labour-uncut.co.uk/2025/07/22/lab…
Lessons from a tribunal: A “need to know to avoid foot in mouth" group will never look great. Telling Naomi Cunningham she can't prove anything is not a survival strategy. “Trust me I’m a doctor" works better as a defence if you can demonstrate a basic understanding of biology.
Who could have imagined when these two transbians married one would end up stabbing the other 50 times with a samurai sword? Just shows how difficult it is to guess what lurks behind the facade of utter normality.
Comparing “trans people” to something that isn’t real makes a very different point to the one he thinks it does.
I wonder whether Jolyon's constant bitching about Wes Streeting has anything to do with Wes Streeting having handed Jolyon his arse on a plate in the High Court last summer?

How does Upton know he’s female then, because he certainly wasn’t assigned female at birth. Maybe that’s why she added the “not an expert” disclaimer.
“You can’t prove it” is a relatively unusual thing to hear from a witness.
‘Do it to Julia’ rife in Fife, known as ‘do it to Sandie’.
This tribunal has revealed the maddest shit people are willing to go along with. I’m really struggling to accept that other women in the hospital not only facilitated this harassment by a man, but positively encouraged it.
"I once, while testifying to a tribunal, pretended that the sex of babies is decided by the delivery team..oh god just make this stop why did I ever get involved with that stupid fucking man and his fucking delusions be kind they said it costs you nothing oh sweet merciful god"
Can’t make this crap up…
An actual medical doctor is saying out loud, in front of a judge, that someone’s sex is decided by the people who deliver the baby and that she is not an expert. Oh. My. God. 🤡 🤡 🤡
