Face the MLB with your inside foot even with the outside foot of the tackle. Should be able to reach out and touch the tackle also.
Chris Damian - OC at Raritan HS in NJ. We love the Flexbone bc it gives us a chance regardless of the QB's ability to throw. When we do have a good throwing QB, we run the offense and utilize it to throw to open guys with Play Action. It may make us more comfortable to Sprintout.

A1 extra. We’re one of the few and proud 4 point stance teams in the country. Flat back, eyes up. Tremendous help in slicing a nose to the backer, makes our kids feel like a squat and box jump in the weight room. Translates well that way. #FlexboneChat
A1. We look at our Indy work as a week long project. We need to practice every skill the athlete will use Monday-Thursday. That means JV games need to count as reps for some of our kids. Yellow boards, chutes, cut dummies are all tools we use to practice each skill. #FlexboneChat
