The WVU Alumni Association mourns the loss of our longtime friend and former Board member, Doug Skaff. A proud Mountaineer, Doug made every community he touched better. Our deepest sympathies are with his family and loved ones.
Doug Skaff, Jr., a former state delegate and the president of HD Media, which publishes the Charleston Gazette-Mail, died Tuesday in a vehicle crash in Lewis County. He was 48. READ MORE:bit.ly/4dSVCxe
Doug believed in the power of education, community, and service, and he gave generously of his time and spirit to support our students, faculty, and staff. We are heartbroken by his passing and extend our deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones. (3/3)
