Very Insignificant Person
@VeryInsig
Nobody important but interested in what’s going on. Conservative & Catholic, so you can probably guess 80% of my views. Anti-Anomie.
Unless you are a public figure or want to build a profile I don't see much point using your real name on this platform. Who I am shapes my views but doesn't really impact whether or not they are valid. Looking forward to seeing a wider range of views here. Will try to be civil.
Wifeless “marriages” normalise motherless children. Husbandless “marriages” normalise fatherless children. Same-sex “marriage”, very unsurprisingly, is turbo-charging the surrogacy trade.
Custom-ordered motherless babies in 3...2...1...
This is easy to mock but conservatives shouldn’t be surprised at how consistently disappointing the Liberal Party is. Liberals almost always try to win power by staying just a bit to the right of wherever the ALP is. We need a party that makes the case for a real alternative.
It’s my first Question Time as Opposition Leader, and my experienced team is ready.
No representation without (net positive) taxation. If you take out of the public treasury more than you put in, you should have no say in how those funds are collected & spent.

We are a stupid country. If Australia REALLY needs cheap foreign workers to deal with labour shortages, we could easily admit all of them on temporary visas that provide zero public benefits, no rights to purchase property & no pathway to citizenship. Basically like Singapore.

Even if our TFR stayed constant at 1.5 & we had zero net overseas migration, Grok estimates Australia’s population would keep increasing from 27 million now to about 31 million around 2075 & then fall back to 27 million around 2125. We don’t need to import people.

The major parties’ share of the primary vote is continuing to fall but 65% is still a clear majority. Including the Greens & Teals, more than 80% of Australian voters continue to support the progressive establishment consensus. Nothing changes until that changes.

If progressives are now pushing to lower the voting age to recognise the autonomy of younger people, it won’t be long before some of them start pushing to lower the age of consent. “Who says a 12 year old is not mature enough to consent to sex? Stop limiting people’s autonomy!”
If they are old enough to get pregnant, they are old enough to make their own decisions about what happens with their bodies- and parents don’t have the right to change that.” Washington state Democrats tonight on @IngrahamAngle. Thoughts?
