What happened in Melbourne last night was horrifying. A synagogue set alight while families gathered for Shabbat dinner. An Israeli restaurant stormed and terrorised by protesters chanting “death to the IDF.” This is not protest. This is hate. And it has no place in Australia.
We welcome confirmation the Prime Minister will meet with the US President. It’s in the interest of every Australian this meeting is a success and we want the Prime Minister to do well. It’s important the PM gains a reassurance on AUKUS and protects Australia from tariffs.
The Coalition is concerned about the escalation in the Israel-Iran conflict and encourages caution and dialogue between both countries. We also urge all Australians in the region to heed the official advice during this uncertain time. We expect the Government to prioritise…

I feel for small business owners who woke up to news of Labor's new small business tax. A record 29,000 businesses have already gone bust under Labor, crushed under the weight of their economic failures. How many more will suffer as a result of this terrible decision?
Enough is enough. Enough press conferences. Enough platitudes. Enough prime ministerial mealy-mouthed words. Synagogues, homes, childcare centres are being firebombed. An anti-Semitic crisis rages on our streets. Finally the PM heeds our call to convene NatCab. Now he must act.
