For teens, The longer I coach, the less I’m teaching fundamentals of tactics and technique. I’m their therapist/parent/life coach. Calming the drama in life, I find, really helps bring out their best performance. Very few have been asked: what do you need to play your best?
Got up early this morning during my lottery assigned window of time and managed to grab tickets to the men's and women's volleyball quarterfinals and finals for Paris Olympics 2024. Je suis excité!

Well, that's a wrap folks! Monday I'll be returning to my role at Microsoft. Going forward, this account will focus on updates about my U15 club vball team. I am forever grateful to UW, Microsoft and Keegan Cook for making this opportunity of a lifetime possible!
This season ended way too soon, but I will always treasure the memories of my time with this team! They’ve made my last 4 months so incredibly rich ❤️❤️❤️
