The value of PSA density in detecting prostate cancer is even more pronounced in the context of an MRI visible lesion. Great example, PSAD >0.2 + MRI visible lesion means targeted biopsy alone is ok! journals.lww.com/auajuro/fullte… @UroMADMD @CedarsSinai @JUrology @radiolobt
