OTD 30 yrs ago - lighting struck as the Vikings roared into a 13 point lead against Bradford Dukes in the quarter final of the Knockout Cup at Craven Park. The storm which caused the meeting to be abandoned two heats early set a dramatic backdrop to a night of high speed action.
