Pregnancy and childbirth should bring hope and joy, but systemic inequities put mothers and babies at risk. These gaps in care highlight preventable harm and missed opportunities. We have the responsibility to do better. Full post link in the comments ⬇️

The hospital department I am in today is bustling and full of chirpy noticeboards and kindness but for every single patient there has been a delay, or a mistake, or a lost folder. Everything is running late. I currently don’t exist on “the system”….
