Many of our team started playing past their schooldays. This is one of our team who began in their 20s. There is no limit on who @Lionesses may have inspired. If you fancy trying football, why not find a local group and give it a go? You might just love it
The lionesses have been the source of inspiration to learn how to kick a ball in my mid-20s, having never been offered the opportunity at school. So grateful to @AvivaUK & @StraightTie for giving us the opportunity to learn
Absolutely heartbreaking end to an incredible tournament for @Lionesses. They’ve been such an inspiration to so many young women and girls throughout this tournament. Pride of our nation. 🏴
