Dear @DetArchbishop, the faithful are outraged by the firing of professors Ed Peters, Ralph Martin and Eduardo Echeverria. You owe an explanation for what looks like manifest grave injustice against good men and faithful Catholics who have devoted years of service to the Church.
What is being done to Ed Peters, Ralph Martin and Eduardo Echeverria is an outrage. This looks like a "Saturday night massacre" style purge of those faithful to the tradition of the Church.
My Sacred Heart Major Seminary teaching contract was terminated by Abp. Weisenburger this week. I have retained counsel. Except to offer my prayers for those affected by this news and to ask for theirs in return, I have no further comment at this time. Prof. Edward Peters
Weisenburger is culling good men from the Detroit seminary. Pray for the men who have been fired without any warning, that they may receive justice for the unjust actions visited upon them by this wolf-like bishop.

I'll be blunt: you can be sure that any reports that the Sacred Heart Seminary professors were fired for any reason other than not conforming to the new bishop's warped ideology are bullsh*t. All three are highly respected in their fields, and all three are faithful Catholics.
