Just arrived! Thanks @Neo_Jerome @Timothy_A_Lee! This looks terrific and I’m excited to dig in. First Vulgate edition to include vowel lengths marked (i.e. macrons).

Turns out these book are sturdier than others! Even pencil markings survive being drenched in water!
Great to bump into Marko Dorosh in Stockholm. 🌊 Water soaked through all his books, his copy of Ezra-Nehemiah was the only thing to dry out, even his handwritten notes survived! He and other students continue to use their own copies in university classes in Frankfurt!
