My best advice for any Believer, is to keep doing the work. The quiet work. The unseen, unvalidated, unsexy work. The kind that stretches you in silence. That’s the space where character is built. That’s what makes the blessings worth it. That’s the stuff God honors.

Accomplished a lot this fiscal year, and I’m coming into my annual review with all the receipts. I smell another 5-figure bonus + RSUs.

The amount of safety an honest and respectful man brings is unmatched.

Unfortunately, a lot of people’s default is to disrespect others, whether in response to actual disrespect, or perceived. Sometimes, it’s for no reason at all. And I truly feel sorry for people who feel they need to resort to that instinctively; it’s such a weird kink.
