Code review is broken & needs major changes in the ai age - Github PR list doesn’t which PRs are actionable, waiting review, needs fixes etc. Graphite does a good job here - why are files changes alphabetical??? Use ai to sort by most important first! Plus group related…

I think using commitment devices is surprisingly underrated. They've made my life much happier and productive.
I've been building before vibe coding was a thing. Replit has been tremendously helpful to bootstrap quick iterations by the way!
