TTFD and Mercury

Protein is the only macronutrient you don’t want to prioritize (i.e. consume >50% in macros). Protein excess is undeniably bad for you. People who say they’re on “high-protein” diets are often on high-fat diets. It’s only “high-protein” relative to average consumption.
