Only 23 of the choristers on stage for #PeterGrimes are WNO company members. The remaining 25 had to be drafted in. 3 more full-time choristers are to be made redundant imminently. Leaving only 20. Productions like this will soon be a thing of the past. #SaveWNO @RhonddaBryant

The Royal Opera @rbo_org has announced the new Jette Parker Artists for 2025-27: soprano Hannah Edmunds, mezzo Ellen Pearson, tenors Emmanuel Fonoti-Fuimaono, Giorgi Guliashvili and Emyr Lloyd Jones, baritone Sam Hird, director Talia Stern and conductor Giovanni Fanizza.
The new Jette Parker Artists aren’t formally announced yet (unless I missed it?) but they are listed in the RBO autumn programme. Congratulations @singer_pearson, Sam Hird and Emir Lloyd Jones!
