Please to share this collaborative work with the @Stephan_Hammer and @EnzymeNicoCorn. We directly compare a halide methyltransferase (HMT) and a methionine adenosyltransferase (MAT) to access SAM analogues and explore their utility in cascade reactions with methyltransferases.
