It’s actually a completely cloud free sky from my back patio this evening and I am starting to see a couple points of light in the sky! Haven’t had this atmospheric clarity for several weeks here at my humble abode.
Since May 9, 2025, Harrisburg, PA (KMDT) has had 4 record daily rainfall maximum records (May 9, May 30, June 30, and July 14) and tied 2 daily high temperature records (June 23 and June 24)! This is anomalous for sure without any true tropical system to help trigger the rain.
