Once Oceanpool's hash up at least to 25 Eh/s, it will SIGNIFICANTLY reduce (if not completely choking) the odds of Mara, F2P, and Spiderpool receiving non-standard txns and mining them on blocks, imposing time and financial costs to spammers.
