If you really want to make a difference in removing spam from bitcoin then get a home miner and start mining. Filters are important, decentralized mining is crucial.
@MARA dusting the hell out of the blockchain and helping @galaxyhq put a commercial in the OP_RETURN. Big thanks to @bitcoincoreorg devs for signaling to spammers and miners that this is acceptable. RIP to all the future node runners that will have to download and verify this…

💥 Just hit 1,000 followers! 💥 To celebrate, I’m dropping one of my most viral memes. It’s been shared, reposted, and copied a million times — you’ve probably seen it without knowing it was mine. And yep… it’s in my upcoming book. 📖
this is one of the most cringe things i've done in a while but i really enjoyed doing it! thanks @lopp for being such a good sport and @puckberley for the inspiration to make a debate happen at @btcplusplus this past May!
Is ossification a greater threat to Bitcoin than new upgrades? @lopp and @niftynei tackled this question with an Oxford-style debate at BTC++ ATX!
Big thanks to all the Chad plebs home mining and making their own block templates. These are the real ones. The ones who understand that adding hash to the network is as much about securing the bitcoin you already have as much as it is about mining new bitcoin. Respect.
The most important things you can do today are: 1) Fight economic/node centralization by encouraging businesses to accept payment in bitcoins, using their own full node. This is crucial to enforcing the consensus rules themselves. 2) Fight mining centralization by solo mining…
After massively underperforming bitcoin since 2017 that "lately" is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
$ETH is outperforming $BTC lately. BIG SIGN OF UTILITY SEASON!
Part of being a good bitcoiner is being a good neighbor. Really not surprised to see @MARA also not being a good neighbor.
Bitcoin ₿ mining killing old people 🐸😵💫 If I had a noisy neighbor that wouldn’t shut up…🐸😵😵🪦🪦 youtu.be/m7_WDzPyoqU
I also agree this needs to happen... for bitcoin, of course. Perhaps there is some way the theme of inflationary pressures could be worked in? I'm just spitballin' here.
We need Sydney Sweeney to make a Bitcoin video
Let's simplify this a bit: Earn bitcoin and spend less than you earn.
Spend less than you earn and buy Bitcoin with the difference It doesn't get simpler than this.

Ready to mine like a true cypherpunk? We’ve put together a complete guide to help you connect your Bitaxe or Nerdqaxe to the @ocean_mining pool: A low-fee, non-custodial, Lightning-enabled pool that puts you in full control. Learn how to configure block templates, reduce fees,…
Hell. Yes. 🪢🌊✊️
The risk in the OP_RETURN debate isn’t expression, it’s function. Bitcoin is a monetary protocol with scarce, user-funded block space. Abusing it for arbitrary data raises node costs, deters validation, and threatens decentralization. Miners can be replaced. Nodes can’t.
Remember when Blackrock put this little disclaimer on a video about bitcoin and everyone lost their minds? Bitcoiners remember.
I was in the audience at @BTCPrague when Peter Todd got up on stage and suggested to the audience that we break bitocins 21 million cap!!! He says it in his opening statement!!! This is an outright attack on bitcoin and it deserves a mega 🧵... 1/10 youtube.com/watch?v=4HNz_B…
How long before this AI tells someone to stop being a coward and just do it?
They said it couldn't be done. They said it *shouldn't* be done. We tried anyways. Today we're launching Ash, the first AI designed for therapy, and announcing $93M in funding from @radicalventures @ForerunnerVC @a16z @felicis @trailmixvc @joinsequel and many more. We've had…
Ummmm, the top core links are also malware (for anyone who cares about Bitcoin as money).
Watch what they do, not what they say.
I support all demand for power but it is great to see Silicon Valley's ESG veil come off, knowing it was always virtue signaling and that as soon as there was a profit motive to indiscriminately demand large amounts of power, tech bros would become enamored with West Texas!
