It’s understandable: how could anyone live on only £150k a week? Less than £8m a year. Footballers careers are short, they can’t be expected to somehow survive on a peak earning base of just £80m. You can barely buy a pint of milk for that.
🇧🇷 I spoke to Bruno about Isak earlier... 🗣️ "I’m really close to him. He’s a good guy. He’s been through some rough things at this moment. My focus is with the lads. Isak is something I cannot control. The club has control of it. I hope he’s going to be fit when we get home"
The Fantastic Four “reviews” on this cursed app where people just say shit and get away with it are absolutely wild to me. Everyone is now an expert in movie editing, apparently. Just watch the movie, I beg of you. Point scoring while stroking your imaginary beards just makes you…
To be fair they do sound pure fast
𝘽𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂: Neom FC have decided to move forward with Yoané Wissa. The Saudis are confident of finalizing the deal quickly, reports @lequipe 🇸🇦
Saturday nights have to be proper proper tragic to go out of your way to try and get clicks from a fake story to create outrage in your own fanbase while turning the comments off because too many people called you out on the last bout of fake clickbait “stories”
EXCL: Understand that Tino Livramento has told the club he’d be open to joining Manchester City. #NUFC #MCFC
I loved Superman. I loved Fantastic Four: First Steps. I will never ever think either is better than Thunderbolts* whose underperformance at the box office will be the eternal shame worn by any comic book movie fan who pretends to have any taste.
Typical Newcastle. Supposed to be in talks about a transfer and we’re in Germany wasting time discussing concrete. Smh
🚨⚫️⚪️ Newcastle and Benjamin #Sesko’s camp are in concrete talks, with RB Leipzig informed. However, there is still no verbal agreement. But Newcastle/Sesko working on it. #NUFC have had Sesko on their radar since 2022. Let’s see what happens in the coming days and weeks. So…
So many weirdo NUFC fans fetishising the idea of Eddie Howe going in a huff and leaving.
If he goes to Liverpool, I want this to be what Joelinton does to him.
My little lad (8) decorated his boiled egg for Easter today as Alexander Isak. Sadly, a disaster happened in his bag on the way home. He doesn’t know yet. There will be ructions. Are all the kings horses and all the kings men available? Not that they’d be any use, reportedly.
Liverpool fans are very keen to tell Newcastle fans how they had to let Coutinho go and reinvest the fee, but they conveniently leave out the part where, as with Suarez, they first kept him when he wanted to leave and still got that massive fee at the end of it
Hi Lee, have you considered having your website auto refresh 3 or 4 more times during an article? At the minute it’s a completely unusable reader experience but with those added refreshes it could be a real head turner. Thanks x
Some key points so far: No official transfer request, Al Hilal move ruled out and crucially at this stage NO offer from #LFC chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football… #NUFC
This article says he’s a good lad, right, and I’m all for positivity, but it also says he downed tools in a huff and had to be brought around, and walked out of training last week. And appears to have refused to go on tour. Is that a good lad?
🚨 The INSIDE STORY of how Alexander Isak has come to want to leave Newcastle 😡 Paul Mitchell decision that infuriated Isak & reps 💰 Liverpool latest with detail of offer 🤔 Twist that could see him sign new deal 👀 Named: Big-ticket replacement eyed dailymail.co.uk/sport/football…
In a similar vein, I’d like to announce that I’ve ruled myself out of winning the Eurovision Song Contest and next year’s British Grand Prix.
Man Utd rule out a move for unsettled Newcastle star Alexander Isak and other expensive options like Benjamin Sesko and Nicolas Jackson as they struggle to afford a new striker after spending more than £130m on Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha #mufc
Every story begins with exploring ends with “complex” or “difficult” deal. What’s the point?
🚨 Newcastle United exploring move for Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig in case Alexander Isak leaves. 22yo #RBLeipzig forward subject of long-standing #NUFC interest + a top target should Isak depart. Deal challenging from financial perspective @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/60663…
No. If he goes, hope he is booed off and cries and has to be subbed off inside the first half like Ginola
You would hope that IF Alexander Isak did leave, that NUFC fans would wish him well on his move. He played a huge role in getting them back in the CL & winning their first trophy in 70 years. A player's career is short and most players have new dreams they want to make true.
Osula and Calvert-Lewin up top. Isak in the reserves. IKEA chased out of Gateshead. 2nd in the Prem at Christmas #believe

We’re bringing back Vine, but in AI form
This is all giving ammunition to the worst parts of our fanbase to do think piece threads, which I think we can all agree is the worst part of it
