Regardless of whether this is true, the narrative of secretly planning to replace an acclaimed young Black actor as a primary character (while promoting him as the star attraction) with an older white actor whom you’ve used ten times as a different character isn’t a great look.
The reason I get a lil agitated with this Disney stuff is because I have friends & peers who work there & some of the stuff that goes down is straight up lies & lack of care for PEOPLE. People extremely effected by some of these wild decisions that get made
