YouTube can shut down people when they spew nonsense about COVID and vaccines. It's a free market.
YouTube shutdown a lot of channels, especially during Covid. YouTube shutdown the pioneer of the mRNA vaccine because he started discussing the side-effects of the vaccine and that mRNA was not making people immune to the Covid virus. To shut down the voice of the pioneer of…
Section 230 would prevent those lawsuits. Just like it shields X-Corp when anonymous losers (who pay him for this free website) start posting nonsense too, like you.
I look forward to men suing the hell out of this app for defamation
Just saw a guy call South Park 'woke' I think it's time for the 2nd meteor

Trump just said he doesn’t feel sorry for Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis. This is the right answer. Fuck Joe Biden and fuck his prostate.
This is hilarious. Let's dust off Hustler v. Falwell.
NEW: South Park targets President Trump over the Epstein files in their new episode, puts him in bed with Satan. The episode comes as South Park has just reportedly agreed to a 5 year, 50 episode, $1.5 billion deal with Paramount. “The Epstein list? Are we still talking…
The First Amendment protects the media, even from civil lawsuits. You should pay for an education so they can teach you the basics of New York Times v. Sullivan & Hustler Magazine v. Falwell. Instead of paying a billionaire for a FREE website to express your ignorance.
Paramount killed their 30 year late night show and settled a bogus 60 Minutes lawsuit just to get a deal through — only for South Park to do this:
Ain't this the same guy that got caught pretending to be a black woman😭
No, the story is not fake. On July 23, 2024, Joey Mannarino was exposed for operating a fake X account posing as a Black woman to criticize Kamala Harris and support Trump, after accidentally posting from his main account. Multiple sources, including Daily Dot and Raw Story,…
Sure. I'm a TRUE Black American woman and I've been Black all my life.
New reporting reveals Pam Bondi told Trump in May that his name appeared "multiple times" in the Epstein files.

You pay a billionaire for a FREE website that has a TOS that says X reserves the right to do whatever they want. Furthermore, the billionaire you pay for a FREE website also defeated California's law that was designed to force sites to be "transparent" about content moderation.
They have TOS, comtard.
Section 230 protects publishers. The first Section 230 case says the same thing when Zeran sued AOL. Try reading instead of making things up.
If you are an editorial/publisher, you are not a platform protected by 230. If you are not protected by 230, you can be held legally responsible for what is said on your site. Ergo, losing 230 protections (which at this point id deserved) means getting justifiably sued.
§230 doesn't have a platform/publisher dichotomy. I know a lot of people say that it does, but if you look at the text of it yourself, you'll find that's not there. Publisher activities are not prohibited by §230. If the provider had creative direction for...
Bias in content is generally 1A protected and not a basis for a claim. Bias is not synonymous with endorsement.
This case is stupid. I have no words. It seems that the fate of Section 230 is left is the hands of judges who let emotions win over arguments that 230 should defeat.
A woman whose son died while subway surfing is suing Meta and TikTok for showing him videos of the deadly activity. The tech companies say Section 230 should protect them from liability. reason.com/2025/07/21/sub…
Adult are addicted to Tiktok and use it more than they should. That doesn't mean Tiktok and Meta should be sued for it. It's a shame Section 230 didn't shield. Another case where the parents failed to teach right from wrong and tech gets sued for it. share.google/Vj0dFtSG5Vqib7…
