Legislator, Kentucky General Assembly. Personal Account
Kentucky's REAL ID rollout has been a complete debacle—months to get an appointment, long lines, system crashes, and confusion at every turn. Consolidating a service once offered in all 120 counties into just 33 regional offices has left citizens frustrated and underserved.…

Congress thinks you’re stupid. The rules committee passed a NON-BINDING Epstein resolution, hoping folks will accept it as real. It forces the release of NOTHING. But that resolution isn’t commingled with the Rescissions package, as I incorrectly described in this deleted post:
Americans were promised justice. Our binding bipartisan legislation to release the complete Epstein files now has 20 sponsors. Soon we can begin collecting signatures required to force a public vote in the U.S. House. Is your member on this list? congress.gov/bill/119th-con…
🚨#BREAKING: U.S. Representative Thomas Massie Announces He Will Lead Independent Phase 2 of Congressional Investigation Into the Epstein Files
If the executive branch won’t release phase 2 of the Epstein files, we will. Americans deserve transparency and the victims deserve justice.
Harrison County Judge Executive Jason Marshall gets it—as do the overwhelming number of judge executives l've spoken with about Kentucky's failed driver's license program! The regional office model is not working, and we need to pass the bill I filed to fix this disaster! HB 518…

Was George Orwell talking about the Epstein “hoax” when he wrote, “The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
79% of Americans support releasing the Epstein files, but only 16 members of Congress have sponsored the legislation to do so. After 7 legislative days, I’ll be able to collect signatures to force a vote on my bill to release all the files. Cosponsors: congress.gov/bill/119th-con…
The swamp is already trying to undermine my effort, but I am plowing forward on forcing this vote to happen using a procedure called a “discharge petition.” lpm.org/news/2025-07-1…
A discharge petition is a procedural tool for bypassing leadership. In 7 days we can start collecting signatures. At 218 signatures, the House must vote on our bill requiring a full release of the Epstein files. If your Representative won’t sign the discharge petition, ask why.
This is the way.
We all deserve to know what’s in the Epstein files, who’s implicated, and how deep this corruption goes. Americans were promised justice and transparency. We’re introducing a discharge petition to force a vote in the US House of Representatives on releasing the COMPLETE files.

I am honored to be recognized by the American Action Fund and Young Americans for Liberty for my 100% conservative voting record! As legislators, it is our duty to staunchly defend constitutional rights and stand firm against government overreach and wasteful spending. I won't…

They arrested (and killed) Peanut, but have not even tried to file charges against anyone on the Epstein client list. Government is deeply broken.
She’s hanging in there… Almost go time 🎆
Ruby is prepped and ready to be brave during the fireworks. Happy Independence Day! May the torch of liberty that illuminates our nation burn ever brighter in the days ahead.🇺🇸

Republicans told the American people that if we won last November, we’d reduce spending and be fiscally responsible. We shouldn’t have to wait until 2032 to cut spending to pre-pandemic levels.
The main fiscal effect of the health provisions of OBBB is to gradually restore the projected path of federal Medicaid & Obamacare subsidy spending to the pre-Biden levels. Total spending in 2025 is ~$200 billion, or 33% higher, than what CBO projected just four years ago!
Although there were some conservative wins in the budget reconciliation bill (OBBBA), I voted No on final passage because it will significantly increase U.S. budget deficits in the near term, negatively impacting all Americans through sustained inflation and high interest rates.
I have the same question as @RepThomasMassie. Why does Washington feel the need to spend the same amount as last year (or MORE!)? We should be reining in out-of-control spending and focus on paying down our national debt.
“Why do we never cut spending?” -@RepThomasMassie
