In the 9th May case, the prosecution’s so-called “evidence” doesn’t rise to the level of fabrication,it sinks beneath it. This isn’t concoction. It is invention: cold, deliberate manufacture of testimony by two policemen to conjure a conspiracy from thin air.
The 26th Amendment did not slay the judiciary It hollowed it out, left it breathing, but no longer alive.
After the 26th Amendment, justice wears a borrowed crown. The Supreme Court sits like Sessions Judges — diminished, not dethroned. High Court judges now resemble Civil Judges — robed, yet voiceless. And the Sessions and Civil Judges? Mere scribes in the court of kings no more.
This is absolutely absurd — being convicted in the May 9th cases simply for belonging to PTI. It speaks volumes about the kind of system we’re living under today. Shame on those judges who have convicted innocent people and destroyed their lives. And shame on those who continue…
Judge has convicted in 9th May case Gor “belonging to PTI.” No act proven. No evidence of intent. Just political affiliation = guilt. This defies the fundamental principle of burden of proof that State must prove beyond reasonable doubt. Now, political identity replaces evidence
