As of my last interactions with EU and European officials, it appeared the E3 couldn't tell #Iran what specific "concrete progress" would prevent snapback. At their meeting with #Iran FM Abbas Araghchi, at least, they hadn't even hammered out a common position.

During the meeting, Velayati told Pakistan's Interior Minister that there is no room for negotiations that'd include zero enrichment as a condition.
