We wrapped up a great summer of HS camps last night at Orchard Farm. We have seen tremendous growth since the beginning of June! Now, we move on to our PowerCat Testing next week to see how much we have improved in lifting, jumping, and sprinting. #WrightWay #intothestorm🦬

Tomorrow (Monday 7/28) we will have our last week of summer workouts. 6:00 - 7:15 am at Holt. Weather permitting we will meet on the track, we will meet in the weight room if weather conditions are poor. We will meet Mon- Wed. There will not be a parent on Monday evening.

Detweiller at Dark! It was a wild one with a storm delay but so proud of these athletes for coming back after the 1 hour delay on a humid bus and racing their hearts out. Most importantly, it was fun! So proud of our runners!

Next week’s Junior (grades 6-8) Football Camp will be hosted at the old stadium. Address is 520 Westwoods Rd. There will be no Junior Strength and Speed training next week due to the change in camp location. Camp is still Monday through Wednesday from 10-11:30am. @WCR2Athletics
