The best advice I can give: Do not marry somebody who comes from a messed up, disfunctional family. They break the cycle maybe once or twice in ten. Do not play those odds. Because nothing will ruin your life faster than a mentally unstable spouse.
Me when a buyer tells me they want to buy a boring business. IT’S NOT BORING! Let’s retire that term. It’s exciting to lead a team, make millions of dollars, care for staff, customers, the community, build, grow. And if you haven’t done it, then maybe you don’t know that.
