USS Sterett (DDG-104),subordinate of USS Carl #Vinson (CVN-70) CSG , just transited the Balabac Strait, is accelerating the return to the west coast of the United States, July 19.

On July 15, PCG vessel BRP Teresa Magbanua, operating in the waters near the Scarborough Shoal in the South China Sea, deliberately provoked the CCG vesels that were conducting rights protection and law enforcement operations in the area.
