I was so pleased to be involved with this project, where ten poets were asked to write a piece which Russell Hepplewhite then set to music for choirs to sing. As an ex-folkie, I know how much people love singing, and I hope my contribution, “Leaving” will be nice to perform.

Switzerland’s Federal Council has introduced new legislation requiring all foods produced by animals who experienced “painful procedures” to declare this information on the label. The new legislation has applied since July 1, 2025, with a transitional period of two years.
