Central to public confidence in Ohio elections is the requirement that Republicans and Democrats oversee each other in every aspect of the process, and it’s encouraging to see the Court enforce those same rules in Michigan.
Another major win for election integrity! The Michigan Supreme Court ruled that the RNC has standing to sue the Board of Election Commissioners in Flint, Michigan, for failing to hire enough Republican poll workers. The RNC will keep fighting for honest elections.
