So it has been a few years now since East Side Access opened. It used to take 42-47 minutes to get to the city...now best case 52-65 minutes. So service is worse by 10-30% percent. Can this be fixed? @LIRR @LIRR_Executive @AssemblymanAriB @CanzoneriFitz9 @RepLauraGillen
