Canada loses CPTPP dispute over supply management. This was New Zealand’s first trade agreement dispute and they were joined by Australia, Mexico, Japan, Peru & Singapore. The panel found “Canada was impermissibly limiting access to TRQ quota to its domestic dairy processors.”

Wow. This only further signals that there must be a lot that Trump wants buried. Anybody who knows anything knows that the Grand Jury testimony won’t show even a fraction of the evidence that was obtained. This is a desperate defensive move. These guys are already on tilt.
