I’ve seen Jaws dozens of times and Barry Lyndon only once, and this is the toughest decision I’ve ever had to make haha

I love Forman but Kubrick had the better visual achievement by far

Great film. Wonderful cast. Along with Dead Poets Society & Awakenings, this was one of the first times I learned Robin Williams could also do more serious work too.

A good movie, but almost nothing feels authentically Vietnam, despite having the country in the movie’s title.
