And finally what would be my model of choice … GP partnerships with a autonomy and size to reflect the community needs supported by an overarching federation organisation to deal with things better done at a cross area scale. But that will need funding … and there is none (8/n)

I am I GP in a village practice - today I went to the regular community lunch. We work together with the schools, churches, parish council etc to look after our patients- that’s community health, that’s a neighbourhood @wesstreeting @doctor_katie @annalouisedixon @_RobbieMoore
