The air we breathe in Kampala is a silent killer. With pollution levels 10x the WHO safe limit, it's the 2nd leading risk factor for death in Africa, linked to 2,000 yearly deaths in our city. This danger's been invisible til now Today, we launch the #KampalaBreathes campaign.
The current cost of politics and government in Uganda is unsustainable. On a per capita basis, we are probably the most governed people in Africa and yet we have some of the least desirable public policy outcomes. Something has to give. #TuliKuki?
