Saw a bunch of tweets about people using AI to make college football stadiums hold 1,000,000 fans. Out of sheer boredom I did the same with baseball. Let’s start in the AL East:
The good coaches at lower level schools are, by and large, way better than the household names at big schools. Just because a coach has superior talent doesn’t mean they’re a superior coach.
What’s a coaching opinion you have that would have people like this?
GENERAL PITCHING COACH DEVELOPMENT PLAN ( Did this for a friend who was intent on upping his process as a pitching coach)
If you want to play baseball after college, the second you step onto campus, you’re officially on the clock. Here’s a 🧵 on how to maximize your career (especially for you non-D1 guys)
HS players: if your goal is to start/play significant innings as a freshman, you’d better be in the weight room 3-4x/week. I had this talk at a showcase today: You’re competing against 21-23 year old MEN. In a season 2-3x as long as your HS season… better be ready physically.
EVERYTHING is a constraint. The drill, training surface, environment, the ball, heck even the temperature is a “constraint.” If you want to maximize skill acquisition you need to factor in these aspects because they all play a role. Want better results? Tighten the loop.
“Why don’t I throw fast?” Checklist Are you great in the following: ✅ Strength metrics ✅ Speed & Power metrics ✅ Mobility ✅ Mechanics ✅ Arm health
I’d say nice things about Kenny but he didn’t tag me so 🤷🏻♂️

There’s an obvious giveaway here that he wasn’t *that* good at baseball. IYKYK
I will never get over this clip. This is the exact moment that I knew Anthony Edwards was about to change everything.

In case you were curious how your glove arm should work to accelerate rotation of the torso.
Had to rewrite this a lot to keep it to a 10 minute or less read. My latest Thought Experiment or should I say what I’ve had to re-think. Learning Styles baseballtheory.com/2025/07/16/tho…
The biggest issue in throwing development is volume. It’s hard to stack enough reps to make meaningful changes quickly. The solution? Dry reps. Ideally with loud feedback. Not everyone can afford a waterball/tube but a PVC pipe is just a couple bucks at Home Depot.
Intent drives the movement. You’re not going to “touch and feel” your way to 90+
I love how this video has taken off and NOBODY seems to know/remember what happened the next inning…
My dad if he pitched to me at the Home Run Derby
