A Swiss company says one of U.S. Sen. Jim Justice’s coal corporations hasn’t paid it the $1.5 million as agreed to in a 2020 agreement, even after a federal court ruled the Justice firm was liable for that amount plus arbitration costs and interest. wvgazettemail.com/news/energy_an…

Even worse is she knows what you said is true and what she’s saying is nothing but lies. She’s depending on the gullibility of her voters to accept and support her fealty to Trump even as it does untold damage to them.
Interesting that not only is Sen. Capito not contrite about voting for a bill that will cause great harm to many of her constituents, but celebrates it by attending a dinner that probably equaled a week's food budget for most of those constituents.
KABLER: The reality is that the last thing the party in power in Washington and Charleston wants is an informed electorate. wvgazettemail.com/news/columnist…
Bob Nutting runs the Pirates like he runs his newspapers, on the cheap, and putting profit ahead of quality.
We’ve got LOUD, ballpark-wide chants of “Sell the team” after Mike Tauchman’s bases-clearing double to put the White Sox up 7-3.

Great dinner last night with @POTUS, @VP, and some of my @SenateGOP colleagues celebrating the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill. This is a major win for American families and the future of our country. 🇺🇸
It's analog time for people who can't tell analog time...which basically, is anyone under 50.

While all the attention is on the Epstein Files, I wanna remind ya'll it's now been over a month since the Ohio County, WV floods that claimed at least 12 lives, and still no federal disaster has been declared by @POTUS Make of that what you will
They want to drive out every teacher they can, so they can have more pretext to continue defunding our public schools.
Hey look, W.Va. made another Top Ten list... These 10 states have the worst infrastructure in America in 2025 cnb.cx/4kKbXGg
Lots of talk, very little action. The story of addressing PEIA structural issues.
Unfortunately, the much-rumored July special session on PEIA reform has yet to materialize.
@PhilKabler Did the legislature find a solution to the PEIA problem in their abbreviated session?
Trump is exactly how Hillary described him. Worse, actually.
Agreed. Believing in a God is your prerogative. Forcing others to believe in your God is the problem.
“I see nothing “wrong” in believing in a God. I don’t think there is a God, but belief in him does no harm. If it helps you in any way, then that’s fine with me. It’s when belief starts infringing on other people’s rights when it worries me.”
In just the last 24 hours Trump has claimed— - Obama wrote the Epstein files - his uncle taught the Unabomber - Biden appointed Powell as fed chair Not ONE mainstream media outlet has asked a single question about his cognitive state. Why the cover-up?
The Trump regime is about to burn 500 tons of USAID emergency food. Why? Because it expired after its shipment was delayed. 1.5 million children could have eaten for a week. Now, taxpayers will spend $130K for it to be destroyed. This isn’t just inefficient – it’s cruel.
"Our budget revenue goes up every year"? Straightforwardly incorrect. Aside from that this is an astonishing statement from the folks who say the rest of the budget must stay flat indefinitely so we can do more tax cuts.
"I believe Hope Scholarship, education freedom is something very important that we should prioritize in the state's budget." - State Treasurer @LarryPack
Will be there.
